FAQ’S

 

DO I NEED TO BUY ANYTHING IF I CHOOSE ONE OF THE BAR CATERING PACKAGES?  No, The Cocktail Crew’s bars are all-inclusive.  We provide everything from the liquor, beer and wine to the ice, cups, lemons and limes.


IS A LIQUOR LICENSE REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS?  No.  A license is only required when the location calls for one.  Most rental venues do require a license and insurance, but private homes do not.


MAY WE PURCHASE OUR OWN ALCOHOL FOR THE EVENT? Yes, as long as the location does not require a liquor license. However, selecting one of our all-inclusive packages will save you time and money.


ARE GRATUITIES INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICE? No.  You may tip your bartenders and servers at the end of your event or request that it is included in the invoice.


CAN WE ORDER A FULLY CUSTOMIZED BAR WITH SIGNATURE AND SPECIALTY COCKTAILS?  Absolutely.  If you do not see a beverage catering package on our bar service page, feel free to create your own.


ARE YOU HIRING?  Yes.  We are always seeking highly qualified bartenders and servers for our locations events throughout northern California.



WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?  We provide complete all-inclusive liquor catering for any type of event.  You do not have to do anything except call The Cocktail Crew.  We will arrive at your event with everything needed for any level of bar.  Yes, we provide the bartenders, servers, bar-backs, bars, liquor, wine, beer, soft-drinks, glassware or disposable’s, ice, garnishes, cooling tubs, and anything else imaginable.
