THE COCKTAIL CREW DOES EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO REDUCE ITS CARBON FOOTPRINT WHEN CATERING EVENTS.

1. • We recycle all liquor, wine, and beer bottles.
   

2. • When possible, we use real glassware.
   

3. • When glassware is not an option, we use corn-based cups that biodegrade in just a few weeks.
   

4. • Upon request, we will provide filtered spring water transported in reusable 5 gallon containers, eliminating the use of plastic water bottles.
   

5. •When working with food caterers, we require that all food waste is sorted and composted.
   

6. •When disposable plates are necessary, we only use bamboo based products which are sustainable and biodegrade very rapidly.
